Yasushi Musha graduated engineering department at Osaka University, 1979, and started his carrier working for the private company, Tokico, which was a automobile component manufacturing company located in Kanagawa Pref., Japan and later merged into Hitachi Automotive. In almost 35 years, he devoted himself especially in manufacturing area for introducing new products, cost reduction activities and managing task, including total 14 years assignment in USA sub-factory. Another carrier is that he has experienced to work for Ibaraki Industrial and Technology Center (2013-2017) to support small or mid-size companies sometimes struggling to introduce a new technology or to launch a new product. He played badminton in his youth and recently started to play guitar. Short trip to historical areas to discover/think of how was Japan is also his favorite.
